My name is Rob Suling and I am your new loan officer. I graduated from the University of Maryland where I earned a degree in Economics. I have been with PCR Mortgage Services since 2000 and have been a loan officer since 1998. I was the 2003, 2004 and 2005 Loan Officer of the Year leading all loan officers in units and units and volume respectively for the company. I have extensive knowledge of all of our product line including the intricacies of payment option arms, construction loans, and cross-collateralization loans. Since I came to PCR Mortgage Services I have closed over $150,000,000. I maintain the same philosophy today as when I started by following a few basic rules:

What is best for the client?
I answer this question by listening to you during the application and what you are trying to accomplish. Then I make suggestions on how best to achieve your goals. I feel too many loan officers only try to push the special of the day instead of trying to give you different ways of looking at the same transaction. Then I let you choose the option that is best for you and your family.

Treat the client fairly
What does this mean?
Does this mean delivering the rate and terms you agreed to? YES
Does this mean keeping you informed during the process? YES
Does this mean making you and your agent aware of potential problems? YES

Keep the client informed
From the day you ratify your new contract or decide to initiate that refinance, I will be there every step of the way. You will know if we need additional docs. You will know the value of the appraisal. You will know when you loan is approved. You will know when your docs have been sent to settlement. (We attempt to have docs to the title company two days in advance of settlement, when possible
